When you contact us

If you email us, we process the contact details you provide and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss a possible engagement.

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. If you ask us to take steps before entering into a contract, we may also process information for that purpose.

We keep messages for as long as needed to respond and manage the enquiry. If it leads to a business relationship, relevant records may be kept for the duration of that relationship and for any period required by law.

When you visit this website

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Ciri relies on its legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure when processing technical information sent with a request, such as an IP address, the page requested, browser details and the time of the request. Under Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum, Cloudflare processes personal information on Ciri's behalf to provide the service. Cloudflare also processes some information for its own purposes, as described in its Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare may process technical information outside the European Economic Area. Its Data Processing Addendum describes transfer safeguards and the retention criteria for information it processes on a customer's behalf: the agreement's end or the point when the information is no longer needed for either party's obligations, whichever comes first. The Addendum also allows processing when required by applicable law; it does not set a fixed period for each type of technical request information. For information Cloudflare processes for its own purposes, its Privacy Policy explains that retention depends on the purpose and applicable legal obligations.

Ciri does not add analytics or advertising tools to this website. We will update this notice if the website's features or data handling change.

Email provider

We use Microsoft 365 to manage business email. Microsoft processes email content and related information to provide that service under its data protection terms. See Microsoft's Data Protection Addendum for information about how Microsoft handles customer data and transfers.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive information you provided in a portable format. Contact us at info@ciri.se to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
